Lee-Anne Pardini

Partner

Born and bred in Manjimup, after finishing high school, Lee-Anne deferred her university studies in Pharmacy for a year to earn some money. While working for Bankwest as a business banker she thought she would complete some units in an accounting degree to fill in the time. It was during this time that she realised this was her passion and continued working over the next 7 years, while studying part-time through external studies, to complete her Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting and Management.

After attaining her degree in 2002, Lee-Anne commenced work with Hampton Partners as a graduate accountant and undertook another 3 years of study to complete the requirements to become a Certified Practising Accountant, which she accomplished in November 2005.

Over the last 14 years Lee-Anne has progressed to the roles of senior accountant, not only supporting her clients with all their accounting and taxation needs but also the development of staff. Becoming part of the management team for Yield Accounting Group has fulfilled a lifelong ambition and Lee-Anne is committed to balancing this challenging new role with the raising of her young family.

In her spare time, Lee-Anne enjoys spending time with her husband Carlo and girls Ava and Isla. As a family they enjoy caravan holidays and are in the process of planning a trip around Australia for part of 2017. In recent times, Lee-Anne recently has found a new passion of running which helps her escape the stresses of life. The completion of a half marathon earlier this year has been one of her finest personal accomplishments to date.
